What I did

  • Bridging the operational excellence and resource management disciplines, created improved SOPs, strategically engaged talent, and partnered with recruitment to drive organizational efficiency.

  • Established, owned, and maintained resource management database for account management and project management disciplines (300+ resources) across the US Creative Service Line including paid allocations, actual utilizations, pipeline needs, and organization charts

  • Improved operational systems through troubleshooting and implementing measures such as creation of new hire request process workflow and initializing salary band standardization

  • Engaged with talent to gain meaningful understanding of their skills, experience, and goals to manage and align each individual with opportunities for success and growth

  • Collaborated closely with lead recruiters, monitoring full-time and contract hiring needs through ownership of new hire request forms, contributed to weekly sourcing and recruiting meetings
